Broker's notes
The entire epoxy hull (pure epoxy), and the ballast tanks also use epoxy combined with cathodic protection. - Stainless steel heating coil, with a product temperature of up to 55°C;Heat the ballast water to 75℃. Dual-valve isolation allows simultaneous loading of two product grades, with no cargo hold restrictions. Screw pump: 2 × 1,200 m³/h @ 100 m head, with two units capable of operating at full load simultaneously. - Nitrogen inert gas system: 1500 m³/h, operational and available. Ballast water treatment system installed (filtration + UV, 500 m³/h, IMO certified, meeting D2 standard). The oil and gas recovery VECS system has been installed, meeting OCIMF standards, and is equipped with all necessary reducer fittings. The cargo control room can remotely read the liquid level, and the cargo hold temperature and pressure are all monitored online remotely. - Fixed and mobile tank cleaning machines, with 4 units capable of operating at full pressure simultaneously. · Two cargo oil interfaces per side, with a complete set of eccentric joints ranging from 6" to 14". ⚙️Power and Speed Main unit: 1 × 4050 kW (Zhejiang Yangpu 5S35MC-C9) Auxiliary units: 3 × 250 kW | Boiler: 3 × 10 t/h Fully loaded: 11 knots / Empty load: 12 knots (Economic speed: 10/11 knots) Burning 180 cSt heavy oil, auxiliary engine using MDO | Fuel tank: 480.5 m³ + Diesel tank: 150.7 m³ Dry dock maintenance + special inspection were recently completed in Zhoushan in December 2024, and the next dry dock maintenance is not due until December 2029. The latest three shipments: molasses, crude palm oil, and crude palm oil.
